The Wake-up application provides wake-up services over phone for both guests and crew members. It allows to set, listen to, or delete wake-up calls for a cabin through the Callisto web GUI, PMS, or by phone. A time span can be set from when to when a wake-up alarm should be executed.

Wake-up alarms are repeated until the call is answered or the number of repeats defined in the settings is reached.
