Callisto UCM provides an optional Voice Recording. Enquire with your Callisto administrator whether this option is available at your site.

The optional Voice Recording feature provides web access to your recordings, configured by your Callisto administrator.

From the Voice Recording menu, select a filter and play a recording by clicking on it.

Depending on your configuration, you can delete recordings. If you delete a recording, it will be deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
