ProfACD is a Callisto application for automatic call distribution. The application answers incoming calls and routes them to a specific agent within a company.

ProfACD supports multiple waiting queues. For instance, calls can be routed to different queues depending on a company′s services, teams of agents, or the number dialed by the caller. You can also define VIP queues to prioritize VIP callers to be routed immediately to an agent. The system also allows you to track queues by creating statistics and reports.
