Callisto Operator Console (COC) is a centralized visual interface which enables you to handle most of the important features of your unified communications infrastructure. Thanks to an intuitive user interface, you are able to control your IP phone from one office desk.

COC consists of the following three components:

  • COC Proxy UCM (part of Callisto when installed in an environment with Callisto)
  • COC Configurator
  • COC Client

This manual guides you through the setup and configuration of these components as well as the required configuration in the call manager.
